Vandna Shri was born to the Braj Heritage of India, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh to Smt. Meera Chandel and to Bhakta Raghunath Singh. She was brought up at Mathura by her loving parents who were a humble devotees to Lord Shri Krishna. They were so kind, loving, charitable, Polite, and pious persons.
